What to Expect when Referring a Case to Mellon Law

All of our referral agreements are consistent with the State Bar of Colorado. Your client will be advised if we enter into a fee sharing agreement with you. Telling your client of a fee sharing agreement at the outset is crucial to avoid later misunderstandings regarding the division of fees.
